Tape Decks
These are up for playing with if either takes your fancy. I have the parts of two old cassettes strewn around my table top, maybe fitting after recent news that tapes are officially being phased out. They've been superceded by other things, but I give a truly affectionate nod to the age of taping through which I grew. Now what do I do with them all...

I heard that about tapes too - a strange layer they will make in the landfill for future archaeologists!

Oh no, i have hundreds but I missed this news, but I can still spin, knit and crochet with them, I've also got an idea to crochet some sculptural forms with video tape, for an installation (I want to call my best friends wedding), and I've got a collection of old 35mm film canisters to incorporate as beads, just some vague idea at the moment!
